Of course you can also rent out your house for an indefinite period. How we operate A1 Apartment Services operates on a no cure no pay basis. If you are considering renting out your house, contact us to make an appointment without any obligations. During the consultation at your house you will have every opportunity to make your wishes known and we will assist you with tips and advice. If you instruct us to rent out your house, photos can be taken immediately for publication if necessary. To work We get to work for you right away. We provide a reliable tenant, organise the payments and take care of the maintenance. We will even supervise the tenant moving into and “checking out” of the house.

Financially profitable! Intermediation/agent Renting out your house will indeed prove to be financially profitable. For our assistance in finding a tenant, we charge only 4% of the rental price over the first 12 months. The minimum charge is € 125. Intermediation and management If you would like us not only to intermediate but also to manage your property during the tenancy period, a total charge of 8% over the total contract period will be charged, with a minimum of € 150.
