The property is in good order technically but may need redecorating so that it is to your liking. The rent for this housing starts at around € 650 per month. Partly furnished housing This property is newly renovated and includes curtains and carpets. It is in good to excellent condition, is luxurious and - very importantly - can be lived in right away. The rent for this housing starts at around  € 800 per month Furnished housing Do you know in advance how long you will want to rent accommodation for? If so, furnished accommodation is a good option. The accommodation is fully furnished, so it offers all mod cons. No lugging heavy furniture around, just enjoy it right away. The rent for furnished accommodation also starts at € 800 per month.

Our rates and conditions For housing with a tenancy agreement up to 6 months, we charge a commission of half a month's rent. If you are renting for more than 6 months, the commission is 1 month's rent.A surcharge of 19% VAT applies to all amounts Deposit or bank guarantee If you rent accommodation you must pay a deposit or a give a bank guarantee when you sign the tenancy agreement. This sum remains in the possession of the landlord. When the tenancy agreement ends, you will get this sum back provided you have fulfilled all the obligations arising from the tenancy agreement. Identification When you sign a tenancy agreement, we will ask you for a copy of your driving licence or passport and for an employer's statement or payslip.
